For business
We work with businesses that deliver every day and need it done right. Most of our work is supplying supermarkets and keeping FMCG products moving to shops across Kenya.
Retail & supermarkets
Delivering to a supermarket is not the same as dropping a parcel at an office. Receiving bays have set times and paperwork has to match the order. If you arrive late, you often come back the next day.
We run deliveries for a partner whose business is supplying retail, including all the major supermarket chains. We plan these runs around each store's receiving window, and the driver knows what paperwork the store will ask for before arriving.
FMCG distribution
FMCG runs on volume and rhythm. The same outlets need restocking again and again, and a missed drop means a sale lost to a competitor.
We're the last-mile partner for a major FMCG distributor. For them we do the repeat runs from their depots to the outlets they supply. We plan routes so each vehicle covers as many drops as it sensibly can, and we plan again when orders change.
What every business account gets
You see every vehicle and every delivery on a map, with times, in the Tez app or your web dashboard.
Every drop is recorded with the recipient's name, a signature, a photo, the time and the location. You don't have to chase paper delivery notes.
You get a named account manager who knows your routes and picks up the phone.
Delivery times, failed drops and returns, broken down by route, store or driver, whenever you need them.
We can add vehicles for promotions, month-end or festive season, and scale back afterwards.
Send us orders in bulk or connect your system directly, so nobody has to type orders in twice.
Good to know
It depends on the vehicle, the distance, the number of drops and how often you ship. Regular routes usually work out cheaper than one-off trips. Ask for a quote and we'll give you a clear price.
Yes. We run deliveries from Nairobi to towns across the country, using small or large trucks depending on the load.
You hear about it straight away, with the reason: the store was closed, the order was rejected, or the address was wrong. We agree the next step with you, whether that's a redelivery or bringing the goods back.
Talk to us about the cover you need for your goods. We'll explain what's included and what can be added.
Tell us where you deliver and how often. We'll show you how we'd run it, and what it would cost.
