This notice covers the personal information Tez Logistics Ltd ("Tez", "we") collects through this website. The Tez app has its own privacy policy, which you'll find in the app.

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, company and message if you give them. Our web server also keeps standard logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visited.

Why we use it

• To reply to your message, send quotes and set up accounts you ask for.
• To process applications from riders, drivers and vehicle owners.
• To keep this website secure and working.

We don't sell your information and we don't use it for marketing unless you agree to that.

How long we keep it

Messages that don't turn into a customer or job relationship are deleted within 24 months. Anything relating to an account or contract is kept as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We only share it with service providers who help us run this website and our email, under agreements that require them to protect it, or when the law requires us to.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email hello@tez.co.ke. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Cookies

This site sets one session cookie so the contact form can block spam. It doesn't use any advertising or tracking cookies.
