What can I send?
Most everyday things a rider can carry safely on a motorbike: clothes, shoes, cosmetics, packaged food, phone accessories, documents and small household items.
We can't carry anything illegal or dangerous, or anything too big or heavy for a bike. If you're not sure, ask us first.

Where does Tez-Mtaani work?
It's for deliveries within and around residential estates. The app tells you if an address is inside our area when you book.
How much does a delivery cost?
It depends mostly on the distance. The app shows the exact price before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
How fast is it?
Most estate deliveries arrive the same day, and often within a couple of hours of booking.
Can my customer pay the rider?
Tell us how you'd like to handle payment when you book and we'll let you know what's possible for that order.
What if my customer isn't home?
The rider calls your customer, and then you. If nobody can receive the package, we'll agree with you whether to try again or bring it back.
